Ahead of the upcoming European elections in May 2014, this Policy Digest firstly looks more closely at the role of the new European Parliament in development cooperation and in addressing inequalities in the world. Secondly, the actions of European civil society organisations (CSOs) active in the field of development cooperation are presented both ahead of and following the elections.
