The Cypriot Mediterranean Migration Network (MMN) launched its first online debate. The debate focuses on the role of local communities in migrants’ integration process, and on how the local community stakeholders such as local authorities, civil society, migrants’ associations and migrants themselves can be engaged in the integration process. Participants will also have the opportunity to provide and discuss examples of successful and/or unsuccessful integration practices at the local community level. Furthermore, participants are expected to discuss the current EU and national policies and directives in the aforementioned field.
