New ePRAG of the EC

The European Commission has published an electronic version of the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions, the ePRAG. This is a more user friendly version of the PRAG that allows you to browse through it more easily using the elements of the table of content. It also has a toolbar on the top that gives you direct access to the annexes.
