EC progress reports on implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy

On 23 April, the European Commission launched its annual European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) progress reports. In these reports, the EC takes stock of the reform achievements made by ENP countries in 2008 and identifies the areas where further efforts are needed. A policy paper on the implementation of the ENP provides an overall assessment of developments in the 12 ENP countries.
