Second FOND General Assembly in Bucharest

On the 23-24th January 2008 the second General Assembly of the Romanian development NGO platform FOND took place in Bucharest.

On the first day the assembly tackled issues related to the development of the platform, its achievements and its future plan of actions for 2008. Moreover, three more organizations adhered to the platform: the Institute of Public Policies, A.R.T.Fusion Association and The Youth for the Future 2006 Association.

On the second day three guests joined: Robin Barnett, Ambassador of the British Embassy in Romania, Ana Maria Almasan, Foreign Affaires and ODA Office within the MFA, and Jan Sorensen, Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative in Romania.
