The French NGO’s network “Humanis”, located in Strasbourg, is looking for border partners (Germany, Belgium) and NGO’s partners or associates from new Member States for a joint Coordination, Cooperation and Networking project to be submitted to the EC within the open call (deadline april 02, 2008).
